I know Bernino Lind who is full of initiatives and has started up a number of companies and projects. Latest I have heard that he is starting up something called "Tadaah TV". According to the website,

Tadaah! TV uses cutting-edge peer-to-peer technology to broadcast live and on demand to any computer screen or television set with Internet access.

Ok that sounds good. And its free. Nice. I have signed up as beta tester, but nothing really happened yet - no email, login or whatever. So all in all a very secretive project and therefore perfect for blind guessing and conspiraphilia.
