In Denmark, an exame for students in primary school biology, was meant to be held on computers. The setup is constructed by the consultancy company COWI and is made as a website. It didnt really work out well, however, since as the 5500 students tried to log on, the server went down and only partially recovered. Now the authorities and involved organizations are considering if the so-called digital exams should be cancelled al together. Meanwhile, the exams are using more reliable technology such as paper and pencil.
