Arriving with my wife and sister in law, we were to meet with a friend living in Hong Kong. He has a local cell phone, and for practical reasons it would be nice to call him once in a while to see if he had time for a dinner, some sightseeing and so on. And that was easy: We went to a 7-eleven and bought a prepaid Hong Kong simcard for less than 10 Euro, set it into the Danish cell phone and were ready. Very easy indeed! And thats actually a good solution: When arriving to the holiday destination more than one group, then buy two local SIM cards – then you are able to syncronize where to meet and when.
